New Klaviyo Feature - Reviews (Shopify only)
Today, Klaviyo proudly announced the launch of Klaviyo Reviews. This new feature is now exclusively available for Shopify users. Save time and optimize the customer experience by consolidating various platforms for customer data and omnichannel marketing.
With Reviews, you can seamlessly integrate email, SMS, forms, paid ads, mobile push notifications, and now reviews. This results in a flawless customer experience where review requests are aligned with your brand, sent on time, and prevent duplicate requests. Klaviyo uses existing templates and applies smart sending rules to all review requests, allowing business owners to operate efficiently and effectively.
