Was your conversation with Omar a success? Get ready to spend an afternoon (don't worry, it will take a maximum of 2 hours) looking over the shoulders of Omar or one of the team members. They will show you how things are done at Polaris Growth. You will also get a small assignment to take home and work on. All the questions you might have about working at Polaris Growth.
Polaris Growth operates from Amsterdam and The Hague. We are currently working fully remote hybrid, but we will open an office in The Hague when the team expands.
Working from home is certainly possible. However, we try to work together at a location once every two weeks so that you can still ask those pressing questions or call on the help of your colleagues. And it's nice and social :)
Polaris Growth is a digital Growth Marketing agency specializing in e-commerce funnels. With a preference for beautiful brands, we help our clients to market their products effectively, to build and maintain customer relationships. We are knowledgeable about the marketing strategy and the technology involved in looking at things from the inside out. The ultimate goal is to realize sustainable growth.
We prefer to work with beautiful e-commerce brands. These are often brands with a good story that we can translate to the client. Clients who stand for something and preferably contribute to making the world a little more beautiful. So, we are not price fighters.
To guarantee quality to our clients, we aim to have a maximum number of clients per Growth Marketer. This allows you to focus enough on the wishes of the client and have enough time to realize these wishes. Naturally, you can always call on the help of colleagues or you are there to assist other colleagues.
Omar is the dinosaur of the company :-) . He has set up a beautiful agency that was able to expand with many full-time members and legends like Marjolein, Marko and Luuk.
Additionally, Liduina is our right-hand when it comes to planning, events, and maintaining Omar’s mailbox and agenda. Besides full-timers, we work with freelancers who each have their own specialty as Copywriters, Performance Marketers, Designers, and Technicians.
Polaris Growth has the ambition to grow into the best growth marketing agency for beautiful e-commerce brands in the Netherlands and maybe even the world.
