Before RiZZ partnered with Polaris Growth, there was no real email marketing strategy in place. Occasionally, standalone emails were sent, but without a clear plan or structured approach.

RiZZ realized something crucial was missing: when customers added products to their cart but didn’t complete the purchase, there was no follow-up. This insight came from personal experience, and it soon became evident that many more customers were likely dropping off without a reminder.

Additionally, the customer decision-making process was too slow—some customers took a month to make a purchase after showing interest. This needed to change.
