Sim Lab
Sim-Lab, a Dutch manufacturer of high-quality sim-racing cockpits and accessories, allows sim-racers worldwide to experience realistic racing from home. The company was founded in 2015 in the garage of Richard Schouteren (Founder) and has since grown into the market leader in sim-racing cockpits with customers in over 50 countries.
This rapid growth has even earned the company two Gazelle awards over the years. In addition to the well-known sim-racing cockpits, Sim-Lab also offers various accessories, such as pedals and steering wheels. They distinguish themselves from the market through their attractive prices and highly regarded service.

De Uitdaging
Before Sim-Lab reached out to Polaris Growth, they worked with a small team where everyone took on multiple responsibilities. As a result, only 2 flows were live, and not all the possibilities for email marketing were being utilized.
Eventually, Richard decided to look for an agency to help Sim-Lab with this. Since they were already working with Klaviyo, he quickly came across Polaris Growth. After a good connection with Omar, we were ready to get started!
As the first step, Polaris Growth helped properly set up Sim-Lab’s Klaviyo account. There were several components, both in the configuration and email flows, that weren’t set up correctly. After this, we could get started on building and launching the flows (onboarding flow, browse abandonment flow, and abandoned cart flow).
Additionally, Sim-Lab had a large list of email addresses in Mailchimp. Since many of these were fake email addresses, we helped identify and remove them from the list. The list was then transferred to Klaviyo.

Resultaten volgens onze klant

After the first 3 months, Sim-Lab mentioned that they were happy with the way the emails were put together. They describe the emails as a fresh and creative breeze that gives them a lot of energy. Furthermore, the Klaviyo account is performing well in terms of metrics, and they are satisfied with the drive and dedication of Polaris Growth.
The communication is described as quick and to the point, and Sim-Lab has mentioned that since enlisting Polaris Growth, they have truly made progress in taking their email marketing to the next level!
The number of email signups has significantly increased, as has the revenue generated from email.
