New Klaviyo Feature - Universal Content

A highly anticipated feature, Universal Content, is now (finally) available in Klaviyo.

What is Universal Content?With Universal Content, you now have the ability in Klaviyo to edit saved blocks and sections in the new editor, and have these changes reflected in all templates where that content is used.

Why and how does this help me?Currently, making changes to headers, footers, or blocks used across many emails can be very time-consuming. In short, you have to go through each email individually and update them one by one—not the most exciting work and very labor-intensive. With Universal Content, you can now save time updating emails and templates by only making edits in one place. This keeps all your emails consistent, ensuring a cohesive brand/design experience.

Details:

• This feature is only available in the new editor.
• All existing content saved in your account through the New Editor is now automatically set as universal. However, any previously saved content added to existing templates must be replaced with new universal versions to be correctly "linked."
• You still have the option to "unlink" universal content when adding it to a template, so any changes will only affect the current template and not all others where that section or block is used as universal content.
