Moooi
Interior design store Moooi, founded in 2001, has been inspiring and intriguing customers for more than twenty years with their unique designs. Moooi’s lamps, furniture, and home accessories go beyond the familiar and transform spaces by giving them a creative and personal touch. With global points of sale, including in Amsterdam and New York, and an international webshop, Moooi’s distinctive pieces can be found everywhere.

De Uitdaging
Moooi was looking for a change. They had previously used Pardot, a B2B marketing automation tool, which was seen as time-consuming with limited design capabilities. Since design is very important to Moooi, they decided to change course and primarily send emails with images containing fixed text. This resulted in many emails ending up in their customers' spam inboxes, leading to low open rates. To improve this and shift their focus more towards B2C, Moooi decided to make the switch to Klaviyo. Additionally, Moooi transitioned from WordPress/WooCommerce to Centra and needed a team with technical expertise to set up this integration. Polaris Growth was enlisted, and that’s where we got started!
In consultation with Moooi, the transactional emails were set up first. After that, the focus shifted to creating various flows, including the welcome and sample flows. Polaris Growth was also responsible for the design of the emails, which were then fine-tuned after feedback from Moooi. The ‘subscribe to newsletter’ pop-up on the website was optimized to expand the email list.
As the cherry on top, Polaris Growth, together with Moooi, set up an effective campaign for Milan Design Week 2024. Polaris Growth helped route the visitor registration through Klaviyo. For this, an embedded form was created in Klaviyo, which could be filled out as a registration form on the website. After registration, a QR code was generated in Salesforce, which was then sent via Klaviyo. Together with Moooi and Moooi’s Salesforce partner, we achieved a successful result that contributed to a successful Milan Design Week.

Resultaten volgens onze klant

Although it is still early to report specific results, metrics such as click-through and open rates have significantly increased. According to Moooi, Klaviyo stands out with its clear dashboard, which displays the measurability of campaigns. They are also pleased with the A/B testing option and how easy it is to implement in Klaviyo.
In addition to Moooi’s satisfaction with Klaviyo, they are also happy with the collaboration with Polaris Growth. What stood out to them was our proactive approach and the thoroughness with which we work. Furthermore, they highly appreciated Omar's enthusiasm about the possibilities with Klaviyo for the Milan Design Week 2024 campaign.
