Wildthings Collectables

E-commerce growth for popular jewelry brand

Over het merk

Wildthings Collectables

Wildthings Collectables is a jewelry brand from Amsterdam. The jewelry is made in Bali and designed in Amsterdam. Wildthings Collectables is available at over 80 stores across Europe, in the flagship store in Bali, and in their online store.

De Uitdaging

At the time we started the collaboration with Polaris, Wildthings had 90% organic sales and occasionally used paid ads. There was space, time, and budget to experiment with ads on Facebook, Google, and online marketing in general. Our main challenge was that we didn't have the internal expertise to set this up ourselves. We wanted to professionalize our approach to the website and online marketing.

The overall result was growth, particularly in sales. Additionally, the website looked much better, and the conversion rate improved. I definitely recommend others to collaborate with Polaris!

Polaris set up Klaviyo for us, as we weren't sending automated emails apart from newsletters. Now, we have flows for various goals, properly set up and always running. Additionally, Polaris set up Google Ads, optimized SEO, and analyzed and improved the conversion rate. These improvements were made in the checkout process, but also in areas like photography and website adjustments that increased consumer trust.

I really appreciated the way of working; we were able to make changes at a fast pace. It's also great that you push the entrepreneur, because they're always busy with a thousand other things, so it's good to have the focus on such a project.

Resultaten volgens onze klant

The result was a small improvement in conversion and a significant improvement in sales, as we started spending money on ads for the first time. The overall result was revenue growth, particularly in sales. Additionally, the website looked much better, and the conversion rate improved. I would definitely recommend working with you!
