Productpine is a platform for new, innovative brands where consumers discover products. The multi-brand store offers a platform for starting brands with great products, both online and offline. On the one hand with an online webshop and, on the other hand, with a store in Amsterdam.
Starting brands like to sell directly to customers without an intermediary. This only costs a lot of money and is often time-consuming. That is why Productpine was created. The platform serves as the sole intermediary between brand and consumer. Powered by technology, Productpine helps brands save time and costs when selling and marketing products directly to consumers.

De Uitdaging
Michiel Andriessen, digital marketing & e-commerce marketer at Product line explains that, due to the corona outbreak, the organization saw an excellent opportunity to focus more heavily on the growth of their online platform, thereby increasing the number of new and returning customers. The question quickly arose: “How do we attract more customers and how do we get customers to make multiple purchases?”
Our work
Polaris Growth advised Productpine to use Klaviyo as an email automation tool. Klaviyo was fully set up and the series of e-mails (flows) that deliver the most have been set up. Michiel says that Productpine came to Polaris Growth primarily for the expertise. “You set up good flows quickly and adequately, which we are still working with today.” Productpine also chose Polaris Growth for strategic help. To questions like “What's the best discount is it to give?” and “How does this work in this industry?” According to Michiel, there was always a clear answer.

The result
Of course, the results that have been achieved are important. Michiel says that Productpine is satisfied with the results of the cooperation. His conclusion is: “We now have 5 flows and a pop-up live. From the start, this has made a lot of impact right away.”
This impact can be seen in the number of people who leave data behind and in turnover. “Automated email marketing accounts for 10 to 15% of our monthly turnover.”
