Productpine is a platform for new, innovative brands where consumers can discover products. The multibrand store provides a stage for emerging brands with beautiful products, both online and offline. On one hand, it operates as an online webshop, and on the other, it has a physical store in Amsterdam.

Emerging brands prefer to sell directly to customers without intermediaries. However, this can be costly and often time-consuming. This is why Productpine was created. The platform serves as the sole intermediary between the brand and the consumer. Powered by technology, Productpine ensures that brands save time and costs when selling and marketing products directly to consumers.

Michiel Andriessen, digital marketing & e-commerce marketer at Productpine explains that the organization saw an excellent opportunity during the COVID-19 outbreak to focus more heavily on the growth of their online platform and increase the number of new and returning customers. Soon, the question arose: "How do we attract more customers and ensure that customers make multiple purchases?"

Polaris Growth advised Productpine to use Klaviyo as their email automation tool. Klaviyo was fully set up, and the most profitable email sequences (flows) were implemented. Questions like “How much discount should I give?” and “How does this work in this industry?” always received clear answers, according to Michiel.

Of course, the results achieved are important. Michiel shares that Productpine is satisfied with the outcomes of the collaboration. His conclusion is: “We now have 5 flows and a pop-up live. From the start, this has made a significant impact.”

This impact is visible in the number of people leaving their details and in the revenue. “10 to 15% of our monthly revenue is thanks to automated email marketing.”
