Moodies Undies

Moodies Undies aims to be the expert in period underwear for women of all ages. Their products come in a variety of colors and styles, catering to young women in their teenage years as well as older women experiencing light incontinence. Moodies Undies offers options suitable for even the heaviest periods, including period swimwear and sexy styles.

They continuously improve and innovate their products by listening to what women truly need and strive to offer solutions that make menstruating and living as a woman as comfortable as possible. An important part of their mission is to minimize waste: with period underwear, approximately 60 to 90 kg of menstrual waste can be saved per menstruating person over a lifetime. They also donate underwear to the Sociale Kruidenier (a branch of the Food Bank), which distributes them to people who sometimes cannot afford menstrual products, helping to combat period poverty.

De Uitdaging

Moodies Undies had already started with email marketing and wanted to focus on it more, but it needed to be set up properly. Through Soft Revolt (another one of our clients), they heard about Polaris Growth, and based on their positive experience with setting up Klaviyo and taking things to the next level, Moodies decided to work with us.

We had a pleasant collaboration with Polaris Growth, where input from both parties was provided to set up the flows.

Polaris handled the migration from ActiveCampaign to Klaviyo for Moodies Undies and set up cart and browse abandonment flows, enabling them to work with email flows in a more structured and high-quality way. Previously, they were only using a newsletter and a discount pop-up, but now they have a fully built-out flow and Klaviyo pop-ups in place.

First of all, revenue has increased thanks to the integration of Klaviyo and the flows. In addition, these steps have contributed to a leap in professionalism for Moodies Undies. We can now create newsletters more easily, and they look great. All in all, the collaboration has helped Moodies Undies and our products reflect an even higher level of quality and the brand image we want to present to our customers.
