JOONE Paris creates safe and fully traceable care products for babies and mothers, such as diapers, onesies, baby wipes, and cleansing gels. The idea for JOONE Paris was born out of conversations between founder Carole and parents of young children. She discovered that there was often uncertainty surrounding baby products, as there was hardly any information available about their ingredients.
Carole understood that parents want to know exactly what goes into the products they use for their children. That’s why JOONE Paris now operates with transparency as a core value. It is the very first French brand to be 100% transparent about its products. From ingredients to costs—everything is visible to the customer.

De Uitdaging
Nicolas van Dijk, country launcher at JOONE Paris, explains that in 2020, funds became available for a European expansion. As a result, JOONE Paris began preparing to launch the brand in the Benelux, the United Kingdom, and Germany.
Nicolas points out that customer interaction at JOONE Paris happens entirely online—and primarily through email. And the more you grow, the more interactions there are. That’s why automating these interactions became a key priority. Nicolas shares: “We quickly realized we needed someone with expertise to take our email automations to the next level—fast.”
Polaris Growth reviewed and enhanced JOONE Paris’s existing flows. In addition, they expanded the funnel with new flows and helped grow the customer base by implementing a pop-up. All flows are now aligned and work together seamlessly.
