JOONE Paris makes safe and traceable baby and mother care products, such as diapers, rompers, baby wipes and washing gels. The idea for JOONE Paris came from conversations between founder Carole and parents of young children. She discovered that there was often doubt about baby products because there was hardly any information about the composition of the products.
Carole understood that parents want to know what's in the products for their children. That's why JOONE Paris now produces transparency based on value. This makes it the very first French brand that is 100% transparent about its products. From ingredients to costs: everything is visible to the customer.

De Uitdaging
Nicolas van Dijk, country launcher at JOONE Paris, says that money was released for a European expansion in 2020. That's why JOONE Paris set out to develop the launch of the brand in the Benelux, the United Kingdom and Germany.
Nicolas states that the interaction with customers takes place entirely online and especially via email for JOONE Paris. And the more you grow, the more interactions there are. That's why automating these interactions was an important focus point. Nicolas: “We quickly realized that someone with expertise was needed to quickly take our email automations to the next level.”
Polaris Growth has revised and enriched JOONE Paris' existing flows. Polaris Growth has also further expanded the funnel with new flows and expanded the current customer base by means of a pop-up. In addition, all the different flows are now properly coordinated.
