With this mindset, Michael and Dave started Crazylabels in 2018. The company sells thermal print labels, printers, and cartridges. Crazylabels does everything it can to put a smile on customers' faces. Employees come into the company and leave with a smile. They pass this positivity on to the customers, ensuring that every order is delivered in a fun way.

Dave from Crazylabels came into contact with Polaris Growth through an advertisement. Email marketing had started at Crazylabels, but the design didn't meet their expectations. They had ideas for better email flows, but due to time constraints and rapid growth, these ideas remained unused. They wanted to focus more intensively on email marketing.

Next, the team focused on setting up effective cart and purchase flows, a crucial element in driving conversions. The switch to Klaviyo was an important milestone in this transition.
Improving email design was another key focus. "We were quickly satisfied with the design, which was also due to the good and proactive collaboration," says the team member. Thanks to the partnership with Polaris Growth, Crazylabels was able to elevate their email marketing, resulting in better customer engagement and increased conversions.

"We were able to implement our ideas directly, which gave us a great deal of control."
The added email flows have had a significant impact. "These new flows have increased our revenue," adds Michael. The email delivery rate has also significantly improved, indicating more efficient reach to the target audience.
A standout result was the revenue growth during Black Friday, which increased by an impressive 235%, largely thanks to the efforts of Polaris Growth. These results highlight the success of the collaboration and the effectiveness of the revamped email marketing strategy.
